There is nothing wrong with using an iron core Kettlebell gofit instead of a Russian kettlebell?
I read Pavel Tsatsouline in dragondoor.com Me found some articles on kettlebell success motivated me to get one. I wanted the original hardstyle, but had to go with typical core Kettlebell gofit iron sold in most sporting goods stores because the postage was ridiculous. The differense only with these is that the party label is flat and does not tend to rub hard on the wrists. If anyone knows why these kettlebells are not good for the training please tell me if there is or if I'm worried about anything. Moreover, if anyone knows where I can get a pot Original hardstyle Bell for a reasonable price I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance for any advice
