Girl’s (age 7-8) Gloving Technique?
On my bodybuilding.com forum the question of a retarded coaching idea was discussed. He asked the girls to stick pinky and ring finger into the pinky slot and Index and middle fingers into the index slot. Anyone ever heard of this? What would be the bennifit? Learning a bad habbit?
